Terms

Last updated

These terms apply when you order from Lily & Minx or use our website.

The short version

  • You're buying from NetLever Pty Limited, trading as Lily & Minx, under New South Wales law.
  • We authorise your payment when you order and take it when we dispatch, which is when we accept your order.
  • Cancel before we dispatch and we'll release or refund your payment.
  • Prices are shown and charged in AUD, NZD or USD, with no card surcharges.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

About these terms

Lily & Minx is operated by NetLever Pty Limited (ABN 82 115 743 069), a company based in New South Wales, Australia. When you order, your contract is with NetLever. "We", "us" and "our" mean NetLever Pty Limited; "you" means the person using our website or placing an order.

Our shipping, returns and price match policies form part of these terms where they apply to your order. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.

To reach us, email info@lilyandminx.com.au or use our contact form.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms, or in any of our policies, excludes, restricts or changes a right or remedy that the law says can't be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Those rights cover every piece you buy from us, whether full price, on sale or Final Sale. They don't cover a change of mind, damage from misuse or an accident, or normal wear. If something's wrong, come to us, not the label that made it.

Orders

  1. When you place an order, you're offering to buy the pieces in your bag at the prices shown at checkout.
  2. We authorise your payment method for the order total. Our order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it.
  3. We accept your order when we dispatch it and email you the shipping confirmation. That's when the contract is formed and when we take payment. For a gift card, it's when we email the card.

When we can't accept an order

We can decline or cancel an order, or part of it, before we dispatch it if:

  • the piece is out of stock
  • the price or description shown was wrong
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, an unauthorised payment or buying for resale
  • the order breaks our quantity limits or these terms
  • we can't deliver to the address you gave
  • your past orders include chargebacks, or returns that didn't meet our returns policy

If we do, we'll tell you and release or refund your payment for anything we don't send, including postage if we send nothing.

Orders are screened for fraud. We may cancel an order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the market you shop in: Australian dollars in Australia, New Zealand dollars in New Zealand and US dollars in the United States. Your delivery address sets the market at checkout, so an order to the United States is charged at US prices. New Zealand prices are our Australian prices converted at current exchange rates. US prices are set separately for the US market, so they aren't a straight conversion. US prices for our pieces include import duties, so there are no duties to pay at checkout or on delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Lily & Minx gift cards. We don't charge card surcharges. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments (Stripe); we never see your full card number. Your bank may charge its own conversion or international fees.

Pricing and stock errors

If a price or description on our website is wrong, we'll tell you before we dispatch. You can pay the correct price or cancel.

If two prices are shown for the same piece at once, you pay the lower one.

If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and release or refund your payment for it.

Cancelling or changing an order

You can cancel your order any time before we dispatch it. Email info@lilyandminx.com.au or use our contact form with your order number, and we'll release or refund your payment in full.

If your cancellation reached us before dispatch but your order was sent anyway, we'll give you the return address and refund everything you paid, including your cost of sending it back.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled. Our returns policy applies instead.

Want to change an order? Contact us as soon as you can. Before dispatch we'll try; if the change affects the price, we'll confirm the new total with you first.

Delivery and returns

Delivery, postage and parcels that are late, lost or damaged are covered by our shipping policy. Change-of-mind returns and faulty pieces are covered by our returns policy.

Gift cards

  • Lily & Minx gift cards come in $10, $20, $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts, in Australian dollars, and are delivered by email.
  • They don't expire, and there are no fees to buy, use or check them.
  • You can use one over several orders until the balance runs out. In NZD or USD, checkout converts the balance at current exchange rates.
  • They can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.
  • Once we've emailed a gift card, it can't be returned for change of mind. You can cancel before we email it.
  • Anyone who has the code can use it, so keep it safe. We can't replace a balance someone else has already used.

Discount codes and price match

  • One discount code per order.
  • Codes don't apply to Final Sale pieces or gift cards, and can't be combined with a price match.
  • Each code's own conditions, such as an end date, a minimum spend or the pieces it covers, are shown with the offer or on our discounts page.
  • Enter your code at checkout. We can't add one after you've ordered.
  • If you return a piece you bought with a discount, we refund what you actually paid.

Price match works only before you order. Our price match policy has the conditions.

Customers under 18

If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to order from us.

Accounts

You don't need an account to order. If you create one at your account, you sign in with a one-time code we email you, so keep your email account secure and never share your codes.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, has been accessed by someone else, or breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Using our website

Everything on our website, including photos, descriptions and our logo, belongs to us or the labels we stock. You can browse, share links and keep a copy for personal use. Don't copy or republish our content without our written permission.

We describe and photograph every piece carefully, but screens show colour differently. Our size guides are a guide.

Don't use our website for anything unlawful or fraudulent, try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you, upload harmful code, use bots to copy the site or place orders, or abuse our team. If you do, we may block your access.

Other websites we link to, such as Australia Post tracking or payment providers, have their own terms.

Messages and reviews

When you email, chat or use our contact form, we use what you send to reply and keep a record, as our privacy policy explains. Don't send full card numbers or sign-in codes. To cancel an order or report a problem, email or our contact form is best, because it gives us both a written record.

If you send us a review, photo or story and say we can share it, it stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive permission to show it on our website, emails and social media with your first name or a name you choose. We may shorten it or fix a typo, but we won't change its meaning, and we'll take it down if you ask. Only send content that's honest, yours to share and lawful.

Our responsibility

Subject to the rights the law says we can't exclude, we're not liable for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If an event like that stops us dispatching your order, we'll tell you, and you can cancel it for a full release or refund of your payment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. This version applies to orders placed from 29 September 2026. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order, and a change never reduces the value of a gift card you already have.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, contact us first at info@lilyandminx.com.au so we can put it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
