Buying a dress online for a date that can't move comes with a few questions. You're probably asking them already.
“Will it fit?”
Every dress has a size guide for its own label, because a Nookie 10 isn't every brand's 10. Stuck between two sizes? Message us before you order and we'll tell you how that style runs.
“Will it get here in time?”
Order by 12pm Sydney time on a business day and it ships the same day. If your date is close, choose Express at checkout.
“What if it's wrong?”
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us. If you need another size, order it straight away so your date is safe, then send the first one back for a refund. Some pieces, including Final Sale and swimwear, can't be returned for change of mind.
“Who are you?”
An Australian store that's been dressing women for their big nights since 2007. It started in the Illawarra, NSW, and it's online only now. When you message, a person replies within one business day.
