We understand shopping online for fashion can be tricky. You can’t try it on, and sometimes it takes a few tries to find the perfect fit. We want you to fall in love with your purchase from our store.

Our return policy is designed with this understanding in mind. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

No Questions Asked Refund Policy

Email us within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it, then simply send it back within 14 days. It’s that easy!

How to Make a Return:

Email Us: Within 14 days of receiving your item, let us know you want to return it by contacting us through our contact form. If you don’t email us within 14 days, we can only accept returns for faulty items.


Return Instructions: We will provide you with all the necessary details for returning your item. You then have up to 14 days to send it back to us.
Send It Back: Return the item to us using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Please Note:

Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged, and unworn, with all original tags attached.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of intimates, earrings, and studs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

For International orders, initial postage is non-refundable under any circumstances excluding faulty items.


Conditions of Return

All products must be returned:

Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Free from any scent of perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.
Without any make-up or tan marks.


Assessing the Return

We will assess the returned product(s) and email you if your return is accepted. Items not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.

Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

Final sale items are deeply discounted and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing final sale pieces, as all sales are final.

If a final sale item arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and find a resolution.
