A legally binding agreement is created upon our receipt of your correctly completed Purchase Order. This agreement is created between NetLever Pty Limited (A.B.N 82 115 743 069) trading as LILY + MINX and you.

As an important note, sales of our Blaax Watches products are covered by a manufacture warranty the terms and conditions of which are cover by addendum 1 to this agreement as outlined below.


All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including the GST component. We reserve the right to maintain different pricing policies online and in our Bricks & Mortar boutiques. Each is considered a different store and the lowest price will not apply across the group.

Prices may be varied at our discretion and without notice.


Inaccurate order details release us from our obligations in terms delivery time, delivery cost, and missing orders. You must be accurate in completing these important details to ensure your order gets to you in good time or at all.

In circumstances where an incorrect delivery address is quoted LILY + MINX ONLINE is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense


Payment facilities available are Paypal, Afterpay, ZipPay, Stripe (credit cards).

After you make payment for your order, we will email you an Order Confirmation document, which confirms receipt of your order.


Orders are processed in NSW, we work Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. We will update your order status online to shipped upon dispatch of the purchase. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.

  • All orders over $70 are shipped for Free, zero, nothing!
  • Orders under $70 attract a shipping fee of $5 and sent Express
  • Sale items are sent for FREE via Parcel Post with tracking.

LILY + MINX ONLINE may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You are not entitled to any form of compensation arising from such cancellation.


Upon receipt of your order you should check that all items ordered are included and then the condition of all items. Please remember in order to return an item it must be in as new condition including its tags, not washed, and not worn. Do not try on items when wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant as garments which smell or are marked may be rejected for return.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject any return we consider is not in new condition.

RETURNS including our 30 Day Refunds Policy

We send all orders via EXPRESS POST. (Excluding Blaax watches, these are sent via Parcel Post), but if it is not right for any reason just send it back and get a refund for your purchase!

  • You have 7 Days from the time of receipt of your purchase to notify us of you intention to claim a refund.  If you do not notify us in that time then the only reason we will issue a refund is for a faulty item.
  • Once we have agreed to your request to return the item you have a further 30 Days for it to be received by us..
  • You must send your return back in the same condition it was received.  Unwashed, undamaged and unworn, with our original tags attached.
  • Sorry but we can't take back intimates, earrings & studs for health reasons.
  • Blaax Watches have special return conditions, these are available below.

    All products must be returned:

    • unworn and unwashed
    • with all original tags still attached
    • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
    • free of make-up or tan marks


    Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at our discretion.

    We also offer exchange for a different size if it is available and store credit if desired. For store credit usage, our free shipping offer applies. It does not apply to requested refunds.

    Customer Credits only apply to the online store and cannot be used in our Bricks & Mortar Boutiques.


    We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

    We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.

    Blaax Watches Special Conditions!


    An exchange will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and still contains all protective stickers etc on the product(s). Exchanges will only be valid up to 14 days of the item being received. BLAAX does not allow for refunds in the event of the customer no longer wanting the product(s) purchased, only exchanges will be offered. BLAAX will allow for an exchange given that all the following conditions are adhered to; Has proof of purchase (Order No. and Name) In the same condition as sold State the reason for the exchange Original shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed, but BLAAX will send the exchange product at our own postage cost back to you within 10-14 days.

    The warranty will apply for all watches sold under BLAAX unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers the following components: The watch movements Hands and dials Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, BLAAX will do it's best to, fix the watch or replace it. All watches have a 1 years warranty. The warranty does not cover: Battery, case, crystal/glass, strap or bracelet Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear Water damage unless marked “water-resistant” (Water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstances) The warranty is terminated if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
