We totally get it, you can't try it on when you shop online, and sometimes finding the right style takes a few tries. We want you to love your new outfit.
We offer a no questions asked refund policy. Simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order that you would like to return it and send it back within 30 days. Simple!
Lodging and making a return is easy, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Notify us that you want to return your item within 7 days of receipt of purchase. If you do not let us know within 7 days, we can only issue a refund for faulty items.
Step 2: We will be in touch with details about where you can send your return. You then have a further 30 days for it to be received by us.
Step 3: Send the return to us (please remember to keep your tracking number!) and we will be in touch once we assess your return.
- You must send your return back in the same condition it was received. Unwashed, undamaged and unworn, with our original tags attached.
- Sorry but we can't take back intimates, earrings & studs for health reason
- If you wish to return an item, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We do not refund the value of return postage or original postage in the case of international orders.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All products must be returned:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags still attached
- no smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
- free of make-up or tan marks
ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at our discretion.
